How to top up your eSIM

Running low on data? You don't need to reinstall anything. Depending on your plan you can either add data to your existing eSIM or buy a fresh plan — whichever is available is shown in your account.

Sign in to your alodata account to see how much data and validity you have left in real time. We recommend topping up before you hit zero so you stay connected without a gap.

How to add more data

In your account, open the eSIM you're using. If a top-up is available for that plan, choose a bundle and pay — the extra data is applied to the same eSIM automatically, so there's nothing new to install. If a top-up isn't available, simply buy a new plan for the same destination and install it as a second eSIM.

Tip

Validity counts down whether or not you use all your data, so match the plan length to your trip and top up only when you need more.
