Refund & Cancellation Policy

eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly, so this policy explains exactly when a refund or cancellation is possible. If you are unsure before buying, please contact us first at esim@alodata.net and we'll help you choose the right plan.

Unused, unactivated eSIMs

If you have purchased an eSIM but have not installed or activated it, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. An eSIM is considered unused when its data allowance is untouched and it has not connected to a network.

Installed or partly used eSIMs

Once an eSIM has been installed and activated, or data has been used, it is generally non-refundable because the service has been delivered. We review these cases individually and in good faith — if the plan did not work as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Faulty or non-working eSIMs

If your eSIM does not work despite a compatible, unlocked device and correct installation, contact support with your order number and a short description. We will troubleshoot and, where the fault is on our side, issue a replacement or a refund.

How to request a refund

Email esim@alodata.net from the address you used at checkout, include your order number, and tell us briefly what happened. That's all we need to look into it.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly, and a chargeback can delay a legitimate refund.
