Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your alodata account and associated data. alodata is operated by Ghazal LLC. Because our eSIM accounts are created automatically when you place an order, we handle deletion requests by email so we can verify your identity before removing your data.

How to Request Deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, email support@alodata.net from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We may ask you to confirm your identity or your most recent order reference before we proceed. There is no charge to request deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and contact details: name, email address, phone number, address, country, and language preference.
  • Device push notification tokens, login tokens, and any remaining eSIM profile data that is no longer required for an active service.

What We Keep, and for How Long

We retain a limited set of records for as long as the law requires — for example, transaction and tax records may be kept for the statutory retention period in our jurisdiction (typically up to 7 years). Payment card details are never stored by us; card transactions are handled by Stripe. Any data not subject to a legal retention obligation is deleted after your request is processed.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 24 hours and to complete verified requests within 30 days.
